How does it work?
We get each project started with a clear understanding of your overall goals, and how to get there efficiently. We determine the scope of work for your project, develop your budget and timeline, create your project plan, set regular planning calls with you (and/or your team), and we get to work. We are able to go from initial call to full scale event in one week…we’ve done it, it really does happen!
What happens logistically?
We have a platform for each project that will guide us through each step of the process. Your team has full access to task tracking, budget and timelines at any time, and regular planning calls guide the process. We can attend meetings in person (and love when we can!), but most work is done remotely. We use a plethora of web-based planning resources allowing us to work across the nation and never skip a beat.
